Junior Board is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors. You'll sit on a small consulting team, dig into a real company's numbers and habits, and defend your recommendations to the owner. No prior experience required — just follow-through. Freshmen are welcome through our apprenticeship track.

Junior Board was started by Emily Giblin, a junior from rural New Jersey, on a simple belief: entrepreneurship is the best platform for turning personal passion into meaningful change — and the fastest way to learn it is to do it.
