About us
Students who take business seriously
Junior Board is a student-led nonprofit ROI micro-consulting organization. We work with local, independent businesses on short, sharply scoped projects — the kind of practical problem where an outside set of eyes and a few weeks of honest research genuinely helps. Every engagement is free, because the return we're after is experience.

I am a student from rural New Jersey who loves two things: business, and watching other people thrive and grow. I want to start this business program because I believe entrepreneurship is the ultimate platform for turning personal passion into meaningful change.
I've always been driven by a desire to bring new solutions to market, and this program offers the ideal ecosystem to refine my vision and execution. Mastering the fundamentals here will allow me to build a purposeful and driven business that leaves a genuine mark.

What we believe
Real stakes teach faster than case studies
When an owner's storefront is on the line, students prepare differently.
Small businesses deserve strategy too
Consulting shouldn't be reserved for companies with a consulting budget.
Start earlier than people expect
That's why freshmen can apprentice instead of waiting a year.
